Contracting Systems

Cost Plus

Under the Cost Plus model, the project is executed based on the actual cost of approved works, materials, and expenses, plus a pre-agreed supervision and management fee. This approach provides visibility into project costs and flexibility in material selection and approved changes, supported by expense tracking and documentation throughout execution.

Fixed Supervision Fee

Under this model, a fixed supervision and project-management fee is agreed upon in advance instead of calculating the fee as a percentage of the actual project cost. The fee is determined according to the project scope, nature of the work, and required level of supervision. Included services and payment terms are defined in the agreement before execution begins.

Fixed-Price BOQ

This model is based on a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) specifying the work items, quantities, specifications, and agreed prices before execution begins. Once the scope and BOQ are approved, the project proceeds according to the agreed terms. Changes to the scope or specifications are reviewed and agreed upon by both parties.

    If a Design Exists

The design and drawings are reviewed technically and confirmed as ready for execution and as the reference for finishing works.

    If No Design Exists

Project requirements are reviewed with the client, and the design must be approved before execution begins.
